Read the rules. There are no passwords, but I get annoyed if you don't follow the rules that I set up just for you, costing me hours that I could be doing more fun things with.
Now that we are over that, on to the forms!
Creatures
Full Name: This is what their name is. xD Mandatory. No no-name creatures
Call Name: If your character is called something other than their full name, write it here. Optional.
Gender: Obvious... Male or Female... Maybe even genderless...Mandatory
Breed: Well, what is your creature? Read the Intro, Plot, and rules topic for the fantasy RP to see allowed breeds. Mandatory.
Physical Description: This must be at least 100 words long, featuring height, color, markings, and how old they are. Mandatory.
Attitude/Personality: This must be at least 50 words long, featuring what they are like around other creatures. Mandatory.
History: Got a story to tell? Please write something here. This really helps us get to know your role-playing style. However, for role-playing fun and sake of sanity, this is optional.
Picture: Just post a picture to give us a good idea of what they look like beyond your description. Remember to read the image rules, in the rules. =) Optional
